We are super excited to be able to offer BEACH YOGA lessons after having teamed up with the amazing guys at HOLISTICALLY WILD!
Our adult beach yoga sessions are 1 hour long and are based around grounding yourself before heading into the water. Our incredible instructor Jane has a wealth of experience after having taught yoga all over the world, and we will go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals, alternatively if you are just looking to centre yourself ready for the week ahead that's fine too.
Our kids sessions are aimed at he all those little yogis out there aged 8 - 16 and are based around channeling and calming their energy in a healthy way. Adults are welcome to use the beach cafe for a coffee whilst watching on the beach. These sessions are 30 minutes long.
Doing one of our sessions on the beautiful beach is the perfect way to bring yourself back to nature and enjoy the incredible landscape we have on our doorstep.
