Wetsuits are not provided with the hire and must be brought with you if you require one.

All users hiring equipment should be capable of swimming over 50 meters, unaided, and should be familiar and respectful of the water.

​

Users of the paddleboard will be expected to stay on the lifeguard beach in Sheringham if they expect to remain under the supervision of the lifeguards.

​

All bookings are subject to the water conditions on the day and SUP Shack reserves the right to cancel the booking, for any reason.

​

If SUP Shack cancels the booking then there will be a full refund issued, or a voucher or replacement booking will be available to the customer, of the equivalent value.

​

If the booking is cancelled by the user with less than 4 weeks notice, or the user fails to show up to the booking, then no refund will be issued. The equipment is allocated to that user for that time duration and when the paddleboards are reserved, this prevents us from being able to generate income from other users for that slot.

If your booking in over 4 weeks away then you can contact the office and they will issue a 50% refund.

No users should be under the influence of alcohol or drugs whilst using the equipment. Users must be over the age of 18 and under the age of 75 to use the equipment. Users between 12 and 18 will need to be accompanies by an adult on a 1 to 1 basis and the waiver form must be signed by the adult.

Before using our equipment, every user is required to sign a waiver form. For the avoidance of doubt, SUP shack only provides equipment. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure they remain safe whilst using it. Paddleboards may only be used by those individuals who have hired them and they must not be given to other users.

SUP Shack will take regularly take photos and videos of the paddleboards being user for their only social media and marketing. Users should make us aware if they do not wish for this to take place when they are using the equipment and this will be respected.
